Every year, CRN recognises women from vendor, distributor, and solution provider organisations whose expertise and vision are leaving a noticeable and commendable mark on the technology industry.

With this recognition, CRN recognises women leaders for their unwavering dedication and commitment to furthering channel excellence.

As Global Partner Sales Director, Martina has helped transform and shape the support Microsoft Ireland provides to its partner ecosystem in Ireland. Martina has recruited high-performing and innovative talent from the marketplace, effectively leveraging their skills to the benefit of Microsoft’s partners.

Since its launch in 2021, Microsoft Ireland has exceeded its target of Partner Pledge signed partners by 300%.

Martina was instrumental in bringing Microsoft’s Envision event to Ireland last year. The event brought over 500 customers and partners together from the public, private and research sectors across the island of Ireland to discuss key business and technology trends with a focus on sustainability, hybrid, skilling, cybersecurity and data-driven business innovation.

“I’m delighted to be recognised within the CRN Women of the Channel list 2023.

In an era shaped by digital technology, I have continually sought to empower our partners across the island of Ireland to achieve more while ensuring that we all use technology as a force for good.

Our partner ecosystem has been and continues to be at the centre of how we deliver technology and services that enable business transformation for our customers. I am deeply committed to supporting our partner community to innovate, grow and empower digital transformation in 2023 and beyond,” said Martina.

“We are ecstatic to announce this year’s honourees and shine a light on these women for their significant achievements, knowing that what they’ve accomplished has paved the way for continued success within the IT channel,” said Blaine Raddon, CEO of The Channel Company. “The channel is stronger because of them, and we look forward to seeing what they do next.”
